Everyone,

We had made an earlier announcement that we would be closing effective July 30th, 2010.

We are now excited to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement to sell and that the business will remain open. A very dear friend of ours from my Southwestern Bell Telephone Company career, and his business partner, have agreed to purchase us. I have known Willie for over 35 years.

Please be patient with us as we work through the transition. Every attempt will be made to make it as transparent as possible.
